pitch shift

Does AnYonE know how to pitch shift in cents in cooledit or at least fudge it to be the equivalent of cents?

Proxy answer:

"Two ways:

(1) Use Time/Pitch/Bender. In this one you draw a graph, and the cursor y-coordinate
will display in semitones, including a decimal fraction. 1 cent = 0.01 semitone, so you can read it directly. Draw a flat graph to get a fixed pitch change.

(2) Use Time/Pitch/Stretch. In this one you specify a stretch amount in percent. You'll
need a scientific calculator, or the Windows calculator in scientific mode. To shift pitch
up, use numbers less than 100%, with this formula: Take the number 0.999422544 and
raise it to the power equal to the cents of shift. Then multiply it by 100 and fill it in as the percent shift. For example, to shift up 47 cents, raise 0.999422544 to the 47th
power and multiply by 100, giving 97.322%. To shift down, do the same thing but use
the number 1.00057779 instead of 0.999422544."

Any good?
