I had this great idea about Cool Edit Pro. Why don't Syntrillium add midi recording and editing funtions to the software? It would have all the great functions for recording audio, while also being able to record some basic midi tracks. This would help me out loads as it would make my jumping between midi and audio programs less frequent. Any thoughts on this?

Ya, I have some thoughts, but I don't want to hurt your feelings.

Okay...I tried to warn ya. But nooooo, you had to push it, and now you're really going to get it! Try a program that has audio and midi. There now, I hope you're happy. GGRRrrrhhh....
