How do i use DirectX plugins w/ CEP???

It's easy. Cool will recognize any plugins you've got on your system as soon as you click on Effects>Refresh Effects List (in Edit View).

Once Cool has acknowledged those plugs, it's just a matter of applying them in Edit View when you want to use them.
 
If you haven't figured it out yet, you have to first INSTALL the plug from whatever extraction program it's bundled with, then do the refresh effects thing that the previous poster mentioned.
