latelly everytime I need to use it I have to install it and only allow me use like 3 times then give me the same error...I reformatted my laptop and now not even start I've checked everything and I don't find the problem sometime I think is relate to win xp but I have it with service pack 1...let me now if you guys has any answer.

What does the error message say exactly?
I use VCom System Suite's registry error fixer. Whenever I run this, it always finds a problem with one of the files in Audition. If I forget to unselect this file to be "repaired," I have to reinstall Audition for it to work. That's all I've got without knowing the actual error message.
