Best way to dump 16 tracks?

I am using CEP 1.2 with 2 Waves 8/24 units to dump 16 tracks into the studio computer.

This is a real pain in the ass, I have to assign the inputs for each session.

Is there a program that will remember input settings for you, or is there a way to make CEP remember your input settings?

All I care about is getting the wav information into the computer fast, then I can use CEP to edit the damn thing.

the answer is this:

Create a session file.. Assign all the inputs just how you like it.. RECORD NOTHING!! save this "blank:" session file as "yemplate" or something... then just open it when you want to get your inputs all set. Remember to save AS... after you've recorded..
