Whats the best version of CEP (or Adobe Audition) for cleaning up, deleting noise, hiss and the etc. from recordings?

Since there's only one availible, I'd say Audition...

You'd like 2.0 at least for realtime effects, and since its no longer availible, Audition will do the job.

Audition has realtime effects. in fact, it's the same as CEP 2.1 minus the CD burner. So, 2.1 or Audition are equally the best.
