64 tracks?????

I've read that cool edit pro has a total of 64 tracks of music. I can only access four. I know how to mixdown and everything, but that's kind of a pain in my keyster. How can I access those other 60 tracks?

Darn good question. I just role the wheel in the center of my mouse, the the tracks roll by. I tried looking it up in online help, but couldn't find it.

Nothing like a little experimentation and a lot of luck. You can look at the other tracks (without a wheel) by putting you cursor in the far right strip, holding down the left mouse button and moving it up, look to the right and you will see the tracks change. BTY, you can resize the Track with the +/- magnifying glass in the bottom corner.

Unfortunately, it is this random "payoff" (I think the technical term is variable interval) schedule which keeps us working an comptuers knowing that if we just try/experiment/curse/worry etc enough, we'll get them to work!
