Surround on sonar 3 and sonar 4

ok does any one know exacly what the diffrerence in between the souround on sonar 3 and sonar 4. like what does sonar 3 surround do? im dumb this should be in the newbies lol

There is no surround in Sonar 3. It is being introduced in Sonar 4.

in Sonar 3 you had to do 'tricks' on the bus sends to try and do surround, now in 4.0 you supposed to be able to choose from a surround mix and regular stereo mix.
