    Help.

I have a 600 mHz Pentium III and 256 mg of RAM. I am running Cakewalk Pro 8 (studio mix) and WIN 98.

My system STOPS completely during recording.. even after a hard reboot.

    Anyone else experienced this problem??

    Diane

    Cool

Hi Diane, I had the same problem with 8 and earlier versions - It didn't stop until I installed CW9 - now no probs - try updating your drivers and make sure you have the latest Windows updates - other than that, I dunno - I was totally stumped too.

    Wink

Look under Audio Options and check your Record / Playback buffers. You may need to
increase the size, especially if you are using multiple input hardware.
