Sonar 8 Mix sounds great...Master wav file sounds like poo....help !!!!!

.........what am I doing wrong ? My tracks sound super crisp and ballsy until I bounce them to 2 tracks or Export them..............
 
Are you listening to the Mixed down/Exported tracks in the same environment (room, sound card, Sonar) or in your car, ipad, etc ?
