    Wink

I've been using lots of different drum programs that I've downloaded from hitsquad fruityloops is really fun, Hammerhead is easy to use and there are many others. Basically soft synths generally don't have the sound quality that real synths have..plus they do suck up the processor juice....but they are adequate and often sound quite modern (techno/hiphop)...I've found alot of old synths at used music stores that cost less than a 100 bucks and recently found an old roland MT-32..which has good (natural) basic drum kits... feel free to contact me directly and I'll share as much as I know....lots of good muscians in el dorado county?
