Moving clips in Sonar

I have a clip recorded in sonar and would like to move it around. I'm not exactly sure where I would like to place it so I have to try a few location by placing and listening a few times. How should I do that?

There are multiple ways to do this:

You can click and hold and simply drag the clip to its new location.
You can cut and paste
Or you can use the Slide command (from the process menu). This one is great for making very small moves by setting the resolution to ticks. Or you can move by whole measures.

Or, right click on the track and go to clip properties, click on that and you can alter track position numericaly...very slightly if needed.
