Lost dll extension

Something has happened and I can't explain it. Just opened up Cakewalk Pro Audio 8 and I've got the message "cannot find dll audio extension file" I have not long ago started recording audio and midi tracks but now the audio has disappeared! Any suggestions where to locate it?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling cakewalk. Sounds like a file got corrupted. It might be your soundcard drivers. Did you do anything to the computer since it worked last? Install some software, or an update, or a new plugin?
