HELP! project recorded in sonar, trying to transfer to logic. how do i consolidate?

i need every track bounced from start to end so each track is the length of the entire song, silence and all, how do i do this in sonar? (a friend brought over a PC with sonar, but we dont know how to use it)

if i understand you then "bounc to clips" is what you want to do. It is under edit, upper left of track view. This will let you combine a track if for example, lets say track 5 is a lead vocal but there are places where there is slience. Without bounce to clips the track would be saved as many wave files ie. if there are 5 punch ins with silence inbetween. When you boucne to clips it combines all of the waves in track 5 and makes it 1 whole track. I hope I explained this well.
