Is it possible to clone & transfer programs from one QuadraVerb GT to another (via MIDI)? If not, is there a (reliable) PC program/editor with which one can to save programs via SysEx? Or possibly Another method of saving and loading programs from QV GT to QV GT?

Yes, the GT can send and receive SysEx dumps. You can send/receive individual programs or the entire program bank. Standard SysEx implementation, you can send to another GT or to any computer program that can store SysEx data (there are many free SysEx storage programs available). I believe that the GT will also load regular Quadraverb programs too, it will just ignore the GT preamp parameters. Easy stuff, just down load the GT manual online and follow the instructions.
