Hiya 
I need to import an audio file that I downloaded into Ableton.
It's an MP3 (not an ALS file).
I have saved it into a folder that shows up in the Ableton browser, but it's not appearing even though when I save it into the folder in My Documents, I can see all the other files that DO appear. It's the only one that doesn't, and I assume it's because the file isn't an ALS file.
So...questions are...
1. Do I need to somehow convert it from MP3 to ALS first to get it to appear and thus be useable?
2. How do I do this? I've never come across anything that converts things to such specific file formats before.
