Dammit...You're making my decisions difficult because you won't post samples of your work...AT LEAST LIST A HOMEPAGE with music on it, lol. Maybe it's because Dragon has disabled signatures, but it'd help out novices like me if you could update your profiles to include any music pages you may have with samples of your work.
Here's an example of what I'm talking about. I'm trying to reduce the harshness of the vocals in my recordings...you know, that top end "sheen" that cuts without biting. I read what seems to be a very insightful post by a user about "x" piece of gear...perhaps a preamp. The person will blather on for pages about the benefits of "x" over "y," and then even if I'm lucky enough to have a homepage to go to, the recordings are like 100 minutes of keyboard sounds, LOL!!!
I record vocals and acoustic guitars with microphones. I'd like to be better at it, so I'm deferring to people who have more experience than I do.
So if you had your music in your signature, please update your profile. If you're just talking out of your ass to sound smart on a message board, please indicate the same.
