Yamaha RGX1220 and SE1220 differences?

What's the differences in these? Anyone know? So far only major one I have seen is the RGX is 24 fret and the SE is 22. Other than that same body, neck, construction, pickups. The RGX has a 5 way switch and the SE has a 3 way I think too.

I found a SE1220 in great shape for $350, sound good?
