I recently purchased the Yamaha MTX8II online and I love it. I could not afford their new digital AW4416 and I don't even mean to make a comparison, but I have been reading as lot about analog vs digital and well, I thought this would be an inexpensive way to try my hand at multitrack recording. My only regret is that you are only able to record four tracks at once instead of eight as the advertising suggests. Would like some feedback from anyone who owns on of these machines.
