will this work for a recording computer?

Hi All: I have a chance to buy this laptop - .1 GB RAM, 120 GB HD, and an Intel Pentium V Dual Core.

It is only a few months old, and $450 is the asking price. I have no knowledge of computers. I record on my PC but have no idea as to what its specs are. I run a delta 1010 soundcard, samplitude recording software, 2- UA plug in cards, record live to 4 tracks. Thanks. Walter

Is it running XP or Vista... or something else? I've found that a gig of RAM is enough to get started when running XP but Vista doesn't work well running less than 2. Maybe someone else has a different opinion but that's me.
