....just stoppin by between work and poop stops:D

I was digging through some old mp3's that i saved and i came across a tune called "Woolton Church" that wasnt saved under anyones name. I think it was posted a year ago or so. ....Does anyone remember that tune and who did it? The recording needed alot of work but the song and the vibe that the vocals were delivered with was fantastic. ...kinda N. Young'ish... ...but spookyer.

Sami nailed it.It's BADGAS!What a hell of a name for a BBS.LMAO!

Good to see you back Sam!;)

hey dudes, since the last time I was around I got a new place, lost an old girl, and basically took a pay cut at work.. Other than that, I'm ready to lose myself in music again for the next year or so.. I also recently joined a band as a drummer. I forgot how hard it was to play a real drum set for 3 hours.. My hands are blistered like you wouldn't believe.. It will be awhile before we record, but until then I plan on doing my usual crap.. Thanks for asking, it's good to be back! :D Smoke 'em if you got em'!

back to the tunes.. :D

Hey, Guernica.
I did it. I'm to blame. I'll take full responsibility.

That was my first recording. I went a bit hay-wire. I flanged my yamaha APX Nylon and did something to my vocals. I thought I was experimenting but I guess I saved the thing. Everything was panned to one side. I thought that was a great effect since I've never heard anyone else use it, but I got a good thrashing over it.

I did a redo of the song, changed the name to Take 'em Back'. It's on Soundclick under Untamed Justice. I think. I'll look around and see if I can find the addy if your interested in a better version of it.

It needed a lot of work, that's for sure. I redid everything. I don't know about Mr. Youngish, but a lof of people tell me that. I wish I had a nice deep voice. I hear me as Neil Sedaka.

Joro.
I lost one of my partitions on my computer a week or so ago. The one with all my stuff on it. I put it in the shop, they say the data is unrecoverable.
I'm picking it up tomorrow and am going to beat the hell out of it for this cruel joke.
I bought a 2GHz, 100 GB drives with xp. As soon as I feel comfortable with it I'll get in touch with you about something.

What's wrong with my handle, Kramer? Huh? ;)

Cooool! .....from out of nowhere:D

.....yeah, BG, ....post that link. i would love to hear it. I hope it still has the vibe that you captured w/ the original. ....again, I really liked the tune alot!

Man, I had to hunt for this. Anyway, here's the link.

Personally, I don't care for the first recording, but quite a few people said they like it better than the second, if I could fix it up a bit.

Different tastes, I guess.
I'm glad you like it. It feels good when someone says something nice about something someone who wrote something-or-other and moreless forgot. I don't even have a copy of that first recording.

Then there was the one I did with Emeric on vox, using badgas' lyrics... :)

Hey man,
I have it if you want...
I have the second one too...
This is a great song man...

The second one is way better production wise...
Good job BG.....

No sweat on that thing man,
It will be there when you are ready for it...OK?
Take it easy BG,
Joe

Hey Meshugga. Long time....
I really like your style on that. A whole different view, or should I say ear.
I've never been felt so good about my music as I was when you and Emeric did that. Good job. ;)

Check Your PM, Joro.

Thanks Joro, but someone sent it to me early this morning. What a mess that was.
I liked the production of the second one better also.

It's like 'how many versions can be made'. :D

Who every you are, J. Toms, Thanks.
