What it was like in Austria under the Nazis

The Constitution can and has been reinterpreted as the recent invalidation of Roe demonstrates, it can also be changed.
Roe did not change the Constitution, but was a case of faulty interpretation based on unfounded assumptions. So when the SC changed their interpretation of the Constitution by overturning Roe, IMO neither of those decisions is correct because they are both cases of arbitrary opinions and Roe itself does not abide by the principle of Originalism.

Liz Collin. Married to Bob Kroll. A known white supremacist ex-cop. I have to hand it to you racists - being loud and proud out in the sunlight. At least we know who and where you are. :thumbs up:

I posted it, I own it.
Again, "If the Constitution is racist, then so be it... I'M A RACIST!"

What Kroll has to say regarding the George Floyd incident sure is odd for someone you insist is a white supremacist. It's the first topic he talks about in this interview.

Initially I thought Chauvin was guilty too but the medical experts have weighed in and said he wasn't responsible for Floyd's death and this info was ignored at the trial.

So high he came down... hard.

Medical experts? Totally wrong! It was the Coroner's report that wasn't made available to defense counsel prior to his conviction.

Should Chauvin have been convicted? Absolutely!. For attempted murder.

And here we are. The Supreme Court refuses to hear the appeal because they know damn well that overturning Chauvin's conviction would lead to riots and choas far more worse that has ever been seen before on the streets of major American cities.

I've been saying this case is bogus since I first saw the "viral phone video".
Yeah', the perp is crying for his mommy and complaining of shortness of breath and chest pain (obviously still breathing). He was obviously freaking out because he ingested so much dope; And probably knew that he shouldn't have because of his criminal record and heart condition.

That's not to mention he raised his head and turned away from the camera 5 damn times!

?

Attempted murder means someone tried to commit murder but failed.

If Floyd died because of drugs and not because of anything that Chauvin did then it wasn't attempted murder.
Just so we understand each other, are you saying that a failed murder attempt isn't worthy of prosecution?

The second sentence of your post is complete nonsensical bullshit. Aside from the held back coroner's report, there was also information enough demonstrating that Chauvin and Floyd knew each other...a shared history.... not a good history with each other.

And then.....bad white cop finally gets to subdue a drug addled bad black man with whom he has a score to settle. Chauvin had every opportunity to simply arrest Floyd, toss Floyd into the back seat of a cruiser, but that's not what he did.

And then......all Hell broke out everywhere across the United States because of the stupidity of two idiots.

Floyd is dead.

Chauvin is where he deserves to be......imprisoned

I'm saying attempted murder is a ridiculous, non-applicable charge when someone is dead.

I promise I'm no cheerleader for cops but your statement is an absurdism.

They once worked different jobs at a bar - Floyd was an inside bouncer, Chauvin was outside security - has it been established that they knew each other or had a beef or are you just regurgitating something you heard?

Floyd was someone who basically existed to give the police, courts and jails something to do - I'm sure there were a lot of cops who knew him.

You talk like someone who hasn't seen the video - that's exactly what they tried to do but Floyd was resisting and generally acting like a drug-hyped idiot.

If you admit that a medical report that asserts that Chauvin isn't responsible for Floyd's death exists and was withheld why does Chauvin deserve to be in prison?

It's a great question. As I remember the videos, Chauvin had a certain smile on his face reading it that he knew Floyd was totally drugged up. There's no doubt any of it. The two of them had history with each other at a local bar.

I'll say it again. Chauvin was a bad cop.
And the specific details of their supposed history and corroboration thereof?

Floyd had previous encounters with police, acting out, as he had previously done before, at least once.

Do I really need to explain it you that Chauvin is a shining example of what a bad cop is?

You need to explain why an attempted murder charge makes any sense. You could also admit that it's ridiculous.

On this Thanksgiving eve we give thanks for an internet that allows one to do their own research.
I have, but everything I find says it was ruled a homicide.
