I know it's an old post, but was browsing thru haha. Just got em and picked them over the 'Digi' Focusrite "Red Series" D2 D3 Eq/Comp, very good stuff! The compressor is a little heavy and adds some good color, but kinda limited. The classic eq is GREAT, I do like more graphic eqs, but this one works wonders with drums and any acoustics really. Very good buy, tho I WILL be getting the Focusrite stuff as well
