hey can any one tell me why when i play through my vox ac30 amp it sounds like there is a sound like a (bird) ,or rattle coming from one of the speakers

Do you have a blown speaker? You can take them out and look to see if the paper is seperated from the frame. Do you have the blues or the greenbacks?

It's a tweeter. They sound like birds. A woofer sounds like a dog.

H2H has a good suggestion. You can do a quick test while they are still in the cabinet. Gently push the cone in a little way and let it spring back. If you feel it rub, it is damaged. Look for rips or tears in the cone, like H2H said. Also check the mounting screws. One or more may have come loose, letting the speaker rattle. Look inside the cabinet, a brace may have come loose.
