Ive heard about this program called Pro Tools which is suppose to be really good and a friend of mine told me you can get it for free. is this true?

Pro Tools is really great .... if you have the hardware for it. The software is not any better than cubase, logic etc ..... but cubase, logic bla bla bla don't have 8 tracks for free sooo
