Turtle Beach Santa Cruz

Hi All,

Currently, I am using an SB Live Platinum 5.1, with my mackie 1202vlz pro, a fostex mic and some realistic ones. I will be replacing these at christmas, and getting some monitors. (event 20/20's or behringer truth).

My question is, if i put a santa cruz in, how much difference will i notice between the recording quality of the sb live and the santa cruz?

you will notice a tad bit better quality, but not sure if its enough to justify the $$$....save it for a better card........

the next step up is prosumer type cards like Deltas and Echos and Aardvarks....the Delta Audiophile goes for $149........
