Trying to get my Delta 1010...

Ok, so I just got this and installed it and everything. The problem is, I can't get the screen that everyone is talking aobut that shows the settings on it, and when I go into Cool edit, it still says I only have 4 channels available, (but on the outs it says 6) even though it picked up that there's now a midi channel. I'm thinking of reinstalling it, I'm going to try it, but if it doesn't work, suggestions?

Send an out, say out 1, and then re-route it through an in, after the effect....say in 4....I believe. (hope that's what you meant...if not, ignore me.... )
