my MD recorder (1 1/2 year old) "erases" (?) TOC table from every disk I put into it. The problem is also even if the protector is switched on from disk.
so... I can't record or listen with it anymore.
anyone had same problem and any idea what it would cost to repair it (if possible) ?
the recorder overall is very good quality and it's shame that it stopped working.
if I have to buy new recorder, what suggestion about the model for field recording ?
1) mic preamps should be high quality
2) record level should be manual, even after switching on/off power
3) recording control should be easy to use and possibly also on the remote control (not example on Sony's models... :=) )
