I've been using the NT1 for most of my recording, when it comes to one track at a time. I am getting into some Bluegrass stuff and will record several tracks at once. A friend of mine has a couple of P51's that came with his passport system, are these good for recording? I have never used them at all.
Is there any comparison with the Shure SM57 or even the Shure Prologue? I know there is probably no comparison to the Rode, so I am not going to ask that question, hehhee.

Thanks amigos for your reply.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that they are not that great, considering they're mainly used for like, speeches and what not. They're your basic microphone if you know what I mean. But hey, I could be wrong.

Thanks, I figured that also. But I wasn't sure about a fender mic anyway. Didn't even know fender made a mic. until my friend told me what kind of mics he had gotten with the system.
I'll try them out tommorrow night and let you know what I think about them. i am a tough critic too, so it may not be a pretty sight.
