Hi People,
I recentley bought this audio interface and a laptop to start recording my bands new EP it came with Cubase LE4 and thought this would be a nice place to start recording with etc
but after setting everything up yesterday we decided to try and record the drums (as we are gonna be recording separate tracks and overdubing everything) but after the initial drums were recorded we played them back and there was very noticable drop outs in the audio and clicks etc (not just on playback but actually recorded on the track) so I chose a higher Latency hoping this would solve the issue and it did but it became apparent that a new issue had started, there was additional bass and snare drums added onto the track!!
like four bass drum hits but only 2 were actually hit when playing if you see what i mean??
if anyone has any info, please share with me!
laptop is i3 processor 4gb ram and should be able to power things ok!??
thank you in advance
