studio projects T3 or C3............

which one is better? Someone explain to me why some people like tube mics. What makes it so sought after?

I bought both to settle the question for myself. I can't tell you why, but to my ears (and a lot of other people who heard a blind comparison with me) the T3 just plain sounds better. Smoother, more 3D, deeper, rounder etc. etc. - these were the buzzwords people used to describe the difference ('course we all know talking about sound is like dancing about architechture...).
