i'm in need of a cheap, stripped down, pre-amp-less mixer with 4-6 inputs to sum some of my preamps. lately i've just been sending my preamps straight into my interface. have you guys heard of any line mixers that still have panning capabilities?

I have a pair of Roland SMX-880s. 8 mono, unbalanced 1/4" inputs, each with volume and pan pot and a sensitivity switch (+4/-20), one stereo input with no pan or volume (basically for piggybacking a second unit). 1/4" unbalanced and XLR balanced outputs with an output level control for each channel. Also a headphone output with level control. No sends or returns, just an 8x2 stereo line level mixer (with the piggyback inputs).

You might find one on ebay. You might even make me an offer. I probably don't need two any more.

Cheers,

Otto

thanks for the help guys. i'm not looking to purchase just yet (i've still got to finish up christmas shopping!) but just to research. i'll keep my eyes peeled on ebay and if nothing comes up i may send you a pm.
