SP C1 or AT 3035 ??

SP C1 comes with the standard shockmount + pop filter

AT3035 comes with 25ft cable + pop filter and i think the shockmount is included by default.

they're both $199.99 free shipping..

i've already got a cable.. but just wondering which one is "better"

it's for my vocals..(male, tenor)

You could get a Marshall V67 ($100) and a SP B1 ($80) for a total of $180 and have two different mics with different colors. A lot of people around here like the V67 and a lot like the B1.

yes, the B1 is a good mic for the buck. But honestly, I would chose the C1. I own one, and this mic supprised me. I also tried a B1, kind of nice too, but, not the same range.

So I would go for the C1.

Whichever one sounds the best on your voice. Honestly, no way of telling untill you try them. They're both pretty decent mics for the price. Either one will likely do the trick.

is it ok if i go to guitar center or some place and just try out the mics?..

would they get pissed if i don't buy anything and try some mics?..

how do i try them out before buying them?
