Hya people, some-one from Amsterdam, Holland here.
I have a Behringer VX 2000 here and I am thinking
of connecting it to a shure sm57.

I used to have a sennheiser e 835, it did not sound very well in combination
with the Behringer....
The reason i wanna use the sm 57 is that this mike
is very directional, it doesn t pick up 2 much ''around stuff''.
(and you van use it very well for close miking)

Does anybody has experience with using the sm 57 on the vx 2000 ?
I wanna use the set up for speech, most of the time Voice response
produktions and sometimes some short Jinglestuff.

Sure i can buy a tudio Projects b1 (sounds well on the vx2000)
but the problem with that is that I have to built
a construction, and I am a litttle affraid that the b1 picks up a lot ,
even when you use it with ''close miking'' , ( and not gaining the vx2000
too much).

I am not shure if the b1 is capable of handling that anyway.
That is speaking away 1 or 1.5 inch distance from the membrame...

If you have any experience please let me (and us)
know !

Thanx

Stanley
