Anybody got one? Good, bad? Im thinking of getting one or a d112.

None of them are bad mics. My first kick mic was the D112, then I bought the e602.
Once I had the e602, the D112 was in its case for a while. In fact, I always use the e602, so I sold the D112
the pre-eq of the e602 really rocks. I mean, ROCKS! More punchy, an a tight bass response.
...so I would recommand the e602, but, I'm not saying the the D112 isnt a good mic.

I got one and I think it's really good. I've used it with everthing from jazz to rock. The D112 is great with a great rock sound but I think it does just one thing.

The 602 will be more focused and will result in a tighter kick drum sound. The d112 will be a little rounder and deeper. Pick which will work best for the majority of your tunes. Sometimes I'll use both for a heavy rock tune if I'm ambitios enough to play with the phase relationship, but I'm usually to lazy for relationships.
