RnBish song (need some criticism on harmonies)

here is a song i just finished up and im pretty happy with how it turned out although all the harmonies were pretty hard to mix, if anyone has any criticism or any comments on the recording let me know and that would be awesome

The first thing the struck me was your timing issues... The bass seems to be on a fight with percussion.
IMHO, If the music is not grooving, it´s best to re record the whole thing and start over...
