I have an extra RME Hammerfall hdsp pci audio card (rev 1.4) for use with RME Multiface/Digiface/Nuendo Multiset, etc. It works perfectly and is compatible with all appropriate RME/Nuendo hardware and software. It comes in original box.

$208 shipped to any U.S. address

is no one interested? This card retails for $300, so I thought this was a fair price.

I'd sure be interested in a PCMCIA card or Multiface, but not the PCI card :( Wanna sell either of the others? :D

it's a fair price but anyone who wants it has got to have kick ass converters or adats, right? Maybe those folks are gun shy?

I was actually gonna ask why you're selling it but I see it's an extra. Are you using a different hammerfall card instead?

Basically,
I planned to expand my I/O, but then realized I didn't really need the extra card since I can always use an RME Digiface expander I/O box. So the card is just sitting in the original box waiting to be shipped. I have the exact same hdsp PCI card in my computer, this is simply an extra card not being used. Thanks for your interest.

From the RME web site:
"HAMMERFALL DSP MULTIFACE / DIGIFACE
Multiface and Digiface use the Hammerfall DSP PCI card. This card has no internal inputs or outputs. Therefore no Expansion Boards can be used."

So okay... I'll bite... what "RME Digiface expander I/O box" can you always use?

What do you mean by "always use?" This HDSP firewire interface PCI card interfaces with the RME Multiface and Digiface (aka Nuendo Multiset & Digiset). The digiface allows one to connect more I/O's.

Taken from RME's website:

Digiface: 52 channel 24 bit/96 kHz I/O box: 3 x ADAT, 1 x SPDIF, 2 x MIDI, 1 x analog monitor
Multiface: 36 channel 24 bit/96 kHz I/O box: 8 x Analog, 1 x ADAT, 1 x SPDIF, 1 x MIDI, 1 x analog monitor
