Rewire

Im new to rewire and im rewiring reason into cubase. i set up everything correctly and it shows both aplications linked when i hit play and record. My question is, lets say i have a redrum with two patterns put down over 2 bars. How do i go about RECORDING this into cubase. When i hit record in cubase it shows the bar moving but nothing is being recorded. THANKS!!

I'm not very familiar with Cubase...but I'll try to help. You may have to set the output of your Reason track (within Cubase) to a bus, then create a new track in Cubase and set the input as the same bus number. This is what I do in PT. SO.... Reason track--->output bus 1
New Track--->input bus 1

Hopefully this makes sense?
