rectos and the difference between them

i was wondering what was the difference between the mesa boogie triple and double rectifier, because when you are building a rack rig, you only get a doble rectifier rrecording pre, and i wanted to know what was the difference

triple = 3
double = 2

triple > double

Triple has extra watts which means you have to turn up more to push the tubes as hard. I have a 3-channel dual and couldn't be happier. Personally, unless you are going to be running a wall of cabs and doing HUGE shows, I'd stick with the double. There is still TONS of gain!
