Quick 1-Spot question

So I recently put together a pedalboard and tacked on an outlet strip, but I'm just wondering: I have a 1-Spot, but it supplies DC and two of my pedals (a Whammy and a Rocktron Banshee) require AC. There's an adapter thing that I've read lets you plug into AC pedals: L6 Converter (CL6). Does that work with my two AC pedals?

I don't think so.

The talk box (the Rocktron Banshee) requires 9VAC and consumes a bit over 1A (1003mA), and the Whammy owner's manual calls out Digitech power supplies PS750 or PS913, both of which are 9VAC, 1300mA supplies.

The CL6 that you reference is just an adapter cable, not a DC-to-AC inverter. You should be using the specified power supplies for both the Banshee and the Whammy.

I found all this shit in 5 minutes of Googling, if you catch my drift.

Well, I knew they're both 9VAC (since I have the power supplies), I just wasn't sure if they needed all that power or what the adapter cable does, since I read somewhere that supposedly it lets you attach AC units. Oh well, I've already got the strip on my board, so I might as well use it. Thanks

Definitely use the AC adapter that came with the pedal-it's always best to play it safe with your gear!

Do NOT connect DC to a unit that requires AC. The adapter cable is only for adapting the connectors and will not turn DC into AC.
You can definitely fry it if you run DC into an AC unit or vice versa.
