PSU Recommendations?

Hi,

My PSU started developing a high pitched squeal even with the computer off.
It's an Antec one that came with my Sonata II case. Anyway i need to get my hands on a new one. Nothing fancy, cheap, quiet and reliable.

Any recommendations?
