Projectmix not connecting

Ok so my brand new imac intel was screwing up so apple check it out and handed me a new one. So I had to reload protools and the driver for my projectmix. I had it working on the old computer and I installed everything just like I did but now pro tools can't detect the hardware. Anyone have any ideas? And does anyone know if I should call customer care for the projectmix or Pro Tools? Thank you

No one knows? Come on guys a little help, cause you know I'm gonna be on hold with either for hours. Is it a hardware or software problem. The about me feature on the mac seems like the firewire port is reading the projectmix so it must be a software/hardware problem. But which one and doesn no on have any ideas on a fix?
