Pre amps...?

Hey everyone. I am working with a project mix IO, and I like it alot, but the preamps seem to be lacking. Does anyone know of an 8 channel preamp with line outs for each channel that are more powerful than the ones that are built in to the projectmix?

Presonus Digimax LT has decent pres for around $600 street. Has A/D converters with ADAT out, or u can use the inserts to tap an analog signal. 8 channel. I have one and have done some decent tracking with it. Take a look at the www.presonus.com site
