PG81 and Røde NT5 comparison

Have anyone compared the PG81 and the Røde NT5 mach parirs ?? What I'm looking for i a good pair of overhead mics for the drumkit. I have tried the PG81 and it sounds way better than the old AKG (can't remember the number) I have.

I can get a pair of 81's for 3380 (NOK) and a pair of NT5 for 4500 (NOK). Just wanted to know if anyone could suggest anything here.

You could also check www.goldenagemusic.se for ADK mics.. The ADK SC-1 is listed for 1190NOK, so a pair of those wouldn't cost you more than around 2000NOK excluding shipping.

I have both and the NT5's kill the PG81'a and for about the same price. The PGb1's are much harsher, where the NT5's are more rounded and warmer, yet still detailed and crisp. I love Rode mics. They make nice stuff.
