Organizing song ideas

Does anyone know of software that can be used to organize all my snippets of song ideas that I recorded on my nearby cassett recorder.

I'm imagining recording them back on the computer, a snippet at a time, then being able to give it a descriptive title. Then I could organize the various snippets into folders.

The idea is to be able to ("more") quickly find a song idea amongst all the ones I've thrown down in those moments with the muse.

Now that I think of it, I guess any kind of recording software could do this.

Is there some unique software that does this?
