Oktava MC012 vs MK012

In an earlier thread Chesrock suggested a pair of oktava mc 012
mics for acoustic guitar. I found the oktava mK 012. What's the difference in these two mics?

It's the same mic. There is an A version which is cardioid-only.

As far as I know...

If my brain is still in it's brain box properly...I think I remember someone here saying that mc is for export (MiCrophone) and mk is demestic (MiKrifone)....Speling mite bee off there...

the english "c" is the cyrillic "k" and their "c" is our "s" - like when you see the uniforms in the olympics and it says CCCP (the P being an english "R")
