no output from SB Live using WDM drivers

Hello,

I've been working with N-track for maybe a month now and have just completed upgrading my OS to Win XP. I have a SB Live card and have had to use the MME driver for it to output any sound to speakers/headphones. When I select the WDM device in the N-track settings, the program appears to work fine, except I don't get any output -- I didn't try recording using this driver. Also, the output VU meter requires that I select between 3 output channels for display. Can anyone tell me if I have a setting wrong somewhere or is it something more fundamental?

Did you check to see if the box in Volume Control was muted for playback? Right click on the speaker icon next to clock in the taskbar and check the settings.
