Name that tune

Oldie but goodie. I just listened to it on vinyl.

I got this one.. It's also one of my favorite movies.

If one knows the tune it is fairly easy. The gent who stars in this movie also stars in another movie with one of my favorite tunes. This is a really nice chord progression in this tune and the vocals are superb.

I googled the chords because Im lazy and every single site has it in the wrong key? Whats up with that? I find it to be in the key of Emajor?

I get that a lot when looking for chords. Many are incorrect, in the wrong key, or both. I try to find the one which has the progression right or at least close and play that while listening to the original. It works out in the end.
