My HOSA snake cr@pped out on channel 1

I just chucked out 50 bucks for this cable not 3 months ago. I go to record today and the direct out line on channel #1 of the snake is nfg. Took a while to find the problem - I'm glad it's not my board or my tape machine (which i just got back after 5 months in the shops). I hooked up a temporary patch cable using an RC jack I had lying around. What a hunk of junk!

hah, i got one of these and when the guy told me the price of like $40 i was like "wow, nevermind" and he said "well i can give it to you for $15 i guess"

Bummer...mine have always worked fine.

Caveat Emptor. Just lopp off the ends and solder on some new connectors.
Hosa is well named.
