BUT when I install the 3rd layla, it gets screwy, laylas backwards, lock ups, clicks, stutters, lots of resets etc. Anyone out there got any ideas?

Hello, I'm back! I'm trying to revisit this strange quirk of my laylas, as said above I've got 3laylas I'm trying to use, the Echo ASIO drivers and AA3, BUT when I do, instead of being layla 1, channel 1-8, layla 2, 9-16, layla 3, 17-24, it's layla 3, 1-8, layla 2, 9-16, and layla 1, 17-24! Got it? It's a little confusing..so hang in there.
NOW when I use AA3's audition sound, I can line the laylas up anyway I want to, which is what I'm doing now. It DOES work but, I'm still going crazy wondering why the ASIO drivers are backwards.
Now, don't tell me to install one layla at a time etc, etc, as I've already done that numerous times.
Oh yeah, get this, I installed 2 cards one at a time, and they lined up like they were supposed to L-1 channel 1-8, L-2, 9-16, BUT when I installed the 3rd layla, everything turned around like I said above...Okay now I tried installing 2 laylas 1 at a time and everything lined up L-1 channel 1-8, L-2, 9-16. Great! called it a day turned everything off, came back the next day, and guess what? everything turned backwards again.
Keep in mind I used this same setup for 10years or more before I tore it down and stored it for 2 years before setting up THE EXACT SAME GEAR, THE EXACT SAME WAY!
I'll give a reward for anybody that can come up with something I haven't allready tried.
